Stop running and Walk.
Yep! that's my new plan in the gym, while I sweat more running on the treadmill.
I find that my butt muscles get a better workout from faster walking.
Like all things in life Change is as good as a rest, So go ahead change, try the fast walking method.
I missed out going to the gym Mon & Tues because my Cat suki was recovering from her spay operation and I felt I had to be near her and give her support, good news is, Today she has bounced right back to her old self.
So it's back to the gym.
