Broadband Service In Johor Bahru Malaysia

I have been using Wizone broadband for the last 3 years and have found them to be vey good until now, I find the service very slow and sometimes at a standstill.

OK I must give credit to them when you call customer service they respond well and in some cases they even give you a free one month service, in Lou of bad service, say while they was updating their service centre.(I did and was grateful) but while this offer is good I would much rather have the service I was paying for in the first place.

One if the possible reason is over subscription, this would explain why its now gone slow and the servers are not able to cope, but alas its not just wizone.

I read about all the other broadband providers are having similar problems – so what is the best solution to finding a good broadband supplier with continuous good service in Johor Bahru.

Well lets take a look at some of the providers at the moment and see what is going on with them at this time.

Price/Performance Comparison.

The one thing that worries  me about them all, is when they say SPEEDS ARE ON A BEST EFFORT BASIS.
WHICH means they can basically give you a crap service in speed and nothing you can do about it.

UNLESS ONE OF THEM STAND UP AND GIVE THE SERVICE AND SPEED THAY SAY THEY WILL. we mere mortals will still be confused about which service provider to go with.

IN THE END - LIKE MOST THINGS IN LIFE – IT’S TRAIL AND ERROR. GOOD LUCK in your quest to find a good one.

Why not comment which service you use in Johor bahru, then we can give proper feedback on the results.

Disclaimer. of course these are the finding on online research and are not in anyway a recommendation of the products. I have given the links to each service provider – so go and read the offers in FULL be4 you make any decisions.
