Gym workout was hard today.

It's strange really that some days I'm really up for it , then other days, every move takes so much effort.
This is a couple of shots from this morning but looking at them I feel you can tell which day this was lol.


The main thing is not to give up, because not matter how i feel at the start I always feel great after the workouts.
