New Year - New Bread

Trying some new ones the two flat breads have like a cinnamon in them, One of the French breads i have put fruits.

This is it's second rise and will put into oven shortly,
Just latly I have found that one of the loafs last a day.

I Love bread and have it with every meal. I also love to have the bread cut thin and toasted so it's crisp and use for dipping into my home made chilli, which I am about to go out get the ingredients to make for my tea(dinner).
