Todays Daily Bread - Rising so high.

This morning before I went off to Swim/Gym I got my bread underway so it could rise while I was away. 
On my return I was greeted with a baloon type loaf that had risen so big.

I put it into the oven and wow once it was cooked, it tasted so nice with some tuna cheese and fruits.
