then the other day I saw a video about bread making and the Top Tip she gave was to prick the bread dough along the top with a toothpick, and if you look at the picture you can see the bread has actually risen up from the tin and not over the side.
I am really pleased because now when the bread is sliced it will give a much bigger area to lay food on. also better for the toaster.
wow I wish it was smellovision as it smells so nice here right now as it is cooking.
the rolls I will be having with a big bowl of chilli con carne, I made yesterday.
I don't know about you but I prefer my chilli a day old - it taste much better.
or is that just me?.
And I find the same with curry's always better the next day.
