Treadmills -Good or Bad You Decide

I = Islands of Johor

Living in Johor gives me great access to the islands around it. and great for diving or just relaxing on the unspoiled sandy beaches that the islands have.

My Favorite is Tioman Island, it is one of the region's most enchanting holiday spots. Scenic and tranquil,

Tioman Island boasts miles and miles of white sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, charming villages and friendly people. Its crystal clear waters teem with spectacular marine life and colourful coral gardens.

The twin peaks of Gunung Nenek Semukut provide a prominent landmark to this island, reputed to be one of the most beautiful and idyllic in the world.

Aur Island

Pulau Aur and its surrounding islands are rated by divers as one of the best scuba diving destinations.

Pemanggil Island

The island is a fisherman's best-kept secret. Its other magnetic charms include endless stretches of white sandy beaches and awesome snorkeling spots.
Sibu Island

From an aerial view, the island looks like a bird or a bat resting with its wings outstretched. Its calm and quiet ambiance makes it the perfect choice for those who dream of a relaxing and laid back vacation.

Rawa Island is the perfect vacation spot for those who just wants to relax from the hussles and buzzes of the city life. The trip to the island will take approximately 1.5 hours by boat from Mersing. It is worth it though, a visitors will get to enjoy the scenery of the sea untainted by pollution.

 Besar Island (formerly known as Pulau Babi Besar) is strange to many despite its idyllic beaches and stunning natural beauty. The island which is surrounded by Rawa Island, Sibu Island & Tinggi Island is characterized by quiet, clean beaches of powdery white sand that promises an amazingly spectacular view. Besar Island is fringed by crystal-clear azure waters that people can actually catch sight of the abundant reefs.Pulau Kukup Island in Johor, world largest uninhabited mangrove islands -

and even more obscure is the
Cocos Island at the southern tip of Johor

Then further up I like Redang Island. I have yet to travel to sibu but hear its a great place to visit.
