Banana Bread Baking Now

I have about three big bananas left that are ripe. In fact to ripe to eat with hands but are just right to make a loaf.
This is a recipe I use it's so easy all that's needed is a wooden spoon.

Why don't you have ago yourself. In one hour I shall be eating mine with hot cup of Jasmine Tea.

Pamplona Bull Runs in Spain 2012

San Fermin Bull Runs

The festival of San Fermin, or the Pamplona bull running as it’s more commonly known outside Spain officially begins at midday on 6th July every year with the ‘chupinazo’ which takes place on the balcony of the Casa Consistorial in Pamplona.
Thousands of people congregate in the square awaiting the mayor’s official announcement that the fiestas have begun, a rocket is launched and the partying begins.

The bull runs date back as far as the 13th century and used to be run in the month of October.

Over many years the mainly religious festival of San Fermin was diluted by music, dancing, bullfights and markets such that the Pamplona Council proposed that the whole event be moved to July 7th when the weather is far more conducive to such a celebration. To this day San Fermin remains a fixed date every year with the first bullrun at 8am on July 7th and the last at the same time on July 14th.

A third rocket is set off once all the bulls have entered the bullring and the fourth, and final, rocket means that the bulls are now in the bullpen and the bullrun has finished.

Scared By Geckos This Morning in Johor Bahru

Ha ha! This morning I turned on my computer and then proceeded to remove the cover from the printer when a gecko jumped onto my arm (Yuk) then back inside the printer itself.

Of course it drew the attention of my cats in it's endeavor to get away because it release about 1/2 inch of its tail onto the floor to distract its prey and it worked both my cats attention went straight to the tail and not the gecko itself…..

Now it's just a waiting game for it to leave the printer.

I have powered it down so as not be nice and warm in side, last thing i need is geckos breeding in my printer.

I actually like them, they often visit us at night and walk the walls, most of them live in the AC Units. But they are not a problem just sometime they will crap down the wall.

Geckos of Malaysia are not noisy or unsightly, as a child i used to have lots of newts as we lived by the river, and i would spend hours playing with them….

But this morning was just a bit of a shock! to the system when it sprang out at me lol..

Well have a good week, chat more soon….
